由於反應熱烈長者力量和平衡鍛練運動將繼續至11/21周五請把握機會多運動讓身體活動更靈活

 

研究發現如果長者每週至少有兩次運動能夠訓練到力量平衡方面的肌肉會大大減少跌倒的風險對身體靈活度也有很大的幫助透過運動鍛鍊到的強健肌肉和提昇的平衡能力會讓日常活動變得更容易

 

我們請到專業導師為提供長者力量和平衡鍛練運動費用全免

 

日期: 9/12 (週五)開始至最後一節11/21, 每週二和週五

時間每週二下午1:30-2:30pm / 每周五早上10-11am

地點渥太華華人社區活動中心 (400 Cooper St Suite 2000)

Join the Strong and Steady Program for Seniors!

 

Due to the enthusiastic response, The Strong and Steady program will continue until Friday, November 21. Don’t miss the chance—exercise more to make your body more flexible and active

The Strong and Steady program is a free, 10-week fall prevention exercise program designed to help adults aged 65+ improve strength, balance, and mobility. Falls pose a major health risk for older adults, but the right exercises can help you stay active and prevent falls.

 Date: From  September 12 to November 21, every Tuesday and Friday

 Time: Tuesday 1:30-2:30pm, Friday: 10-11am

 Location: Ottawa Chine se Community Service Centre (400 Cooper St Suite 2000)

Language: English , Mandarin, Cantonese

 Cost: Free of charge
