为普及中风防治知识，守护社区健康。渥太华华人社区服务中心（OCCSC）特别邀请到心脏及中风基金会的专员张曼女士担任主讲嘉宾。张曼专员深耕心血管健康领域，具备丰富的专业知识和经验。

Stroke Awareness Online Seminar
Stroke, also known as “cerebrovascular accident (CVA),” is one of the leading causes of death and disability. It strikes suddenly, bringing down even a healthy person in an instant, causing immense pain and burden to families. But did you know? 90% of strokes can actually be prevented through risk factor management! Awareness is our first line of defense against disease.
To raise awareness and promote stroke prevention and treatment, and to safeguard community health, the Ottawa Chinese Community Service Centre (OCCSC) has specially invited Ms. Man Zhang, a representative from the Heart & Stroke Foundation, as the keynote speaker. Ms. Zhang is highly experienced in the field of cardiovascular health and has extensive professional knowledge.

✔ Unveiling Stroke: What is a stroke? Why is it considered the "#1 medical emergency"?
✔ Remember the Signs: Learn the simple "FAST" method to quickly recognize the signs of stroke.
