👨👩👧👦 Do grandparents often become their children’s “private daycare providers”?
In many families today, relationships between grandparents, adult children, and grandchildren are becoming increasingly close. However, differences in lifestyles, values, and parenting approaches between generations can sometimes lead to stress, misunderstandings, and conflicts.
How can different generations build healthy and harmonious relationships?
How can we establish healthy boundaries and prevent potential family conflicts?
And while caring for our families, how can we also take good care of ourselves?
As a professional psychotherapist, Fen Xing will lead us in exploring the complexities of intergenerational family relationships and shares practical strategies for effective communication, healthy boundaries, and stronger family connections. Learn to care for your own well-being while maintaining healthy and positive family relationships.
