A UV&Me Sun Safety Workshop

Learn How to Stay Safe Under the Sun!
Many newcomers may not be familiar with Canada’s UV levels and how quickly sun damage can occur, even on cooler or cloudy days. Learning how to protect yourself and your children from harmful UV exposure can help reduce the risk of sunburn, skin damage, and skin cancer while enjoying outdoor activities safely. This workshop will provide practical, evidence-based information to help families make informed decisions about sun safety.
