Menstrual Health & Wellness: A Safe Space to Learn, Share & Connect

Join OCCSC and Immigrant Women Services Ottawa for a special in-person session dedicated to menstrual health, wellness, and open conversations.

What to expect:

A mother-daughter or caregiver-youth session with guided discussion prompts to encourage meaningful intergenerational conversations.
A discussion about the experiences, needs, and challenges of newcomer women.
An opportunity to learn, share experiences, ask questions, and connect in a supportive environment.
