By registering for and participating in the OCCSC Badminton Tournament, I acknowledge that badminton and related tournament activities involve inherent risks, including the possibility of falls, collisions, physical injury, or other unforeseen incidents. I voluntarily choose to participate and accept these risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless the Ottawa Chinese Community Service Centre (OCCSC), its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, event organizers, sponsors, partners, and facility operators from claims, demands, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from my participation in the tournament, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
I confirm that I am physically able to participate and am responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for me. In the event of an emergency, I authorize tournament organizers to obtain reasonable emergency medical assistance when necessary, and I understand that I am responsible for any resulting medical expenses.
I understand that OCCSC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the event.
I agree to follow tournament rules, facility requirements, and reasonable directions from tournament officials and organizers. OCCSC reserves the right to remove a participant whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.

在法律允许的最大范围内，对于因我参加本次赛事而产生的任何索赔、要求、损害、损失或责任，我免除并承诺不追究渥太华华人社区服务中心（OCCSC）及其董事、管理人员、员工、志愿者、赛事组织者、赞助商、合作伙伴及场馆运营方的责任（法律规定不可免除的责任除外）。
我确认自己身体状况适合参赛，并自行负责判断参赛是否适宜。如遇紧急情况，我授权赛事组织者在必要时寻求合理的紧急医疗救助，并理解由此产生的任何医疗费用均由我本人承担。
我理解，对于活动期间个人物品的遗失、被盗或损坏，OCCSC 概不负责。
我同意遵守赛事规则、场馆规定以及赛事官员和组织者的合理指示。若参赛者行为不安全、具有破坏性、辱骂他人或有其他不当行为，OCCSC 保留将其请离赛场的权利。
